Our team are serious about providing the best experience for our guests, with no request too small or too difficult. Including chefs and a butler, our team of eight anticipates your every need.

From the wet bar, your butler will quench your thirst with icy cocktails; and from the ultra-modern kitchen, your chef will treat you to an array of mouth-watering island delicacies. All enjoyed in the dining pavilion or al fresco on the deck overlooking the bay. For a special treat, try a beach barbecue complete with a roaring bonfire.

On arrival, our chefs will present our menu suggestions and purchase according to your choices. At the end of your stay, you will be provided with invoices to cover food costs.

A typical day starts at 7am with the aroma of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee served on the dining pavilion. Breakfast follows at your leisure, with fresh tropical fruit juices and homemade pastries baked fresh every morning. Eggs any style, bacon, sausages, pancakes - our team can create whatever takes your fancy.

Simple, tasty and served on the deck overlooking the bay. Typical choices include Jerked Jamaican pork and chicken with roasted yam, grilled fresh corn and grilled vegetables; tuna salad on toasted pita rounds complimented by fresh salad greens or curried chicken wraps, fried plantains and tossed salad.

After an afternoon of kayaking, pickleball or simply relaxing, meet at the bar for sunset hors d’oeuvres and cocktails under the island gazebo. Weather permitting, our staff will surprise you with delightful, themed dinners – a four-course affair, typically offering soup, salad, a main course and dessert. Totally content, retire for coffee and liqueurs under a beautiful starry Caribbean night sky.
